Vendors are solely responsible for the content they upload, including service descriptions, pricing, and any additional terms or conditions associated with their services.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on the platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing services or products.
- Pay for services or products as agreed upon with the vendor.
- Communicate with vendors in a respectful and professional manner.
- Not engage in any fraudulent activity, including placing false orders or misrepresenting payment information.

7. Payment Terms

All payments for services or products on the Samzuga Skills platform must be made using the platform’s designated payment processor. Payments are subject to the following conditions:
- Buyers agree to pay the agreed-upon price for services or products as set by the vendor.
- Vendors agree to the applicable platform fees or commissions deducted from their earnings.
- Payments are processed in accordance with the terms of the payment processor (e.g., Flutterwave, and Paystack), and Samzuga Skills is not responsible for any delays or issues related to the payment process.

8. Dispute Resolution

Samzuga Skills provides a mechanism for buyers and vendors to resolve disputes. If a dispute arises, you agree to:
- First attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the other party (buyer or vendor).
- If the dispute cannot be resolved, submit the issue to Samzuga Skills’ dispute resolution team for mediation.
- Samzuga Skills will review the dispute and may issue a decision, which could include a refund, order cancellation, or other remedial action. This decision is final and binding on both parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Samzuga Skills platform are the property of Samzuga Skills or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the platform without the prior written consent of Samzuga Skills.

Vendors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the services they provide unless otherwise agreed upon with the buyer.

10. Termination of Accounts

Samzuga Skills reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at its sole discretion for reasons including:

- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Misuse of the platform or its services.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform, and any outstanding obligations (such as payments) must be fulfilled.
